Serving Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, KY, and Fairfield, OH
Redesigned to offer better performance and utility is the mid-sized crossover SUV: the 2019 Nissan Murano. The 2019 Honda CR-V is also a mmid-sized crossover SUV known for it's functional and reliability. Powered by the patented Safety Shield 360 technology, more than a dozen active safety features are available in the Murano.
Performance
The 2019 Murano runs on a V6 engine that generates up to 260 horsepower. Featuring 24 valves, this 3.5 L DOHC powertrain delivers 240 pound-feet of peak torque. Displacing only 1.5 L, the 2019 Honda CR-V's much smaller turbo engine has a top output of 190 hp and just less than 180 lb-ft. Working in tandem with the Xtronic CVT, the Murano's Intelligent AWD engages or disengages the rear axles based on the need for traction. For example, cornering is enhanced when some torque is sent to the rear wheels. This Nissan crossover SUV also has the Hill Start Assist that holds the brakes for several seconds as you switch from park to drive on a steep road. When fitted with the Real Time AWD, the 2019 CR-V also has good all-weather capabilities. This Honda model comes standard with the Hill Start Assist for stable drives on inclined surfaces.
Safety
Offering superb protection with 10 air standard air bags, the 2019 Murano has a best-in-class passive safety design. The driver and front passenger will be protected by the Nissan Advanced Airbag System, which deploys in two stages. This premium crossover SUV has a handful of active safety features, such as the Automatic Emergency Braking with sensors that detect motor vehicles and pedestrians. You can safely back up in the Murano thanks to the Rear Automatic Braking that detects stationary items. The Intelligent Around View Monitor also displays multiple views with color-keyed guidance lines. Having an all-new design, the Intelligent Lane Intervention keeps the car moving in a single lane. You can break boredom during a long commute by turning on the Intelligent Cruise Control. The Murano also has the Blind Spot Warning, which scans areas on the road that aren't clearly visible in the exterior side mirrors. This redesigned Nissan also has the Intelligent Driver Alertness and Traffic Sign Recognition. The Honda Sensing package lacks some of the accident-mitigation features that are powered by Nissan's Safety Shield 360 technology.
Utility
The 2019 Murano is available with a power lift gate with a sensor that detects kicking motion. After you open this motion-activate lift gate, you can load up to 70 cubic feet of cargo. Eight tie-down hooks are installed in the rear cargo area. This Nissan crossover SUV has climate-controlled front seats with several levels of ventilation and heat. A heated steering wheel and memory system for the driver's seat add extra utility. Having an effective radius of operation of 100 feet, the Nissan Intelligent Key can be used to remotely start the engine.
